Patrick F. Gaffney
Patrick F. Gaffney has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1983. He attended St. Petersburg Jr. College ( A.A. 1977), Florida State University ( B.S. in Finance 1979) and Loyola University ( J.D. 1983). He served as an Assistant State Attorney from 1983 to 1986 in the office of the State Attorney. Attorney Gaffney has been board certified by the Florida Bar as a marital and family law specialist since 1995. Mr. Gaffney’s current practice consists of representing individuals in family law matters, including divorce, equitable distribution of property, alimony, child custody/visitation/support, domestic violence, paternity and related appeals.
The first concern of Attorney Gaffney is honesty and integrity in representing clients. Every effort is made to be available when needed by clients and to be responsive and sensitive to the client’s needs. The client will always be included in the decision making process. The attorneys and staff are aware of the need for discretion and confidentiality.
Anthone R. Damianakis
Anthone Damianakis is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York. He has been practicing law since 1993, representing clients in real estate, commercial matters and litigation, estate planning and probate, and personal injury. From 1997 through 2003, Tony served as in house counsel for corporations and real estate developers in the real estate development and telecommunication industry.
This “in house” experience enables Tony to serve his business clients by looking at issues through the eyes of a business person – balancing the need for vigorous representation with the need for quick and affordable service. Tony is also fluent in Greek.
